Mambo Italia Reservation Deposit Policy

To ensure that we can provide you with exceptional service and manage our reservations effectively, we have implemented the following reservation deposit policy:
Reservation Confirmation: When making a reservation at Mambo Italia, we may require a deposit for Group Reservations.
For reservations of [6] or more guests, we have separate deposit and cancellation policies.
Deposit Amount: A deposit of $25.00 per guest will be required for parties of 6 or more will be applied to your credit to secure your party and the date and time of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. To avoid any cancellation fees, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- You may cancel your reservation without incurring any charges up to 12 hours before the reservation time.
- If you cancel within 12 hours of the reservation or fail to show up without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
Refund Policy: If you cancel within the allowed timeframe or if we are unable to accommodate your reservation for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Refunds will be processed within [3] business days to the original payment method.
No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full deposit amount will be charged as a no-show fee.
Credit Card Authorization: To secure your reservation, we may require a credit card authorization for the deposit amount. This authorization is not a charge but serves as a verification of funds.
Communication: Our reservation team will clearly communicate all deposit and cancellation policies at the time of booking. Please ensure that you read and understand the terms listed here and conditions before confirming your reservation.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. We will consider exceptions to our policy on a case-by-case basis for genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
By making a group reservation (parties of 6 or more) at Mambo Italia, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this reservation deposit policy.

Other Guest Information
Reservations are strongly encouraged. Walk-in guests will be seated based on availability.
We are a BYOB establishment. Our corkage fee and bottle opening fee for all wine bottle types is $12 per bottle. $1 for beer or other.
A gratuity of 20% will be applied to your transaction for parties of 8 or more.
If using a credit card for payment, a 2.5% surcharge fee will be applied to your transaction.
