PANUOZZO DI GRAGNANO is a traditional Neapolitan pizza sandwich originating near Naples. Made from long-fermented pizza dough, baked in a wood-fired oven, then sliced and filled with melted mozzarella and classic Italian ingredients. First created in the 1980s by local pizzaioli, it blends the craft of Neapolitan pizza with the comfort of a warm sandwich. Crispy on the outside, soft and airy inside, and served hot. Enjoy!
