Our Neapolitan pizza is baked the authentic way, using a wood-burning oven at temperatures above 900°F.
With an average of 35 years of culinary and baking experience, our head chefs have trained with one of the world’s best and most recognized certified Pizza Masters, as accredited by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana and the Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani.
